We manufacture Tubing U Bender for the coil production and heat exchange industries. The U-Bender is a special manual tool which bends copper tube as well as S.S tube into a minor elbow. The tool functions by clamping it manually and bending tube to the desired angle.

Product Description:

Straightening material, set fixed length and cutting, mostly controlled by PLC program. Used on processing product by wheel circumvolving and cutting with pneumatic elements, then straightening material, set fixed length and cutting, mostly controlled by PLC program. Especially, used on bundy tube, copper tube, aluminum tube uncoiling, straightening and cutting.

This equipment is the special equipment for straightening, automatic customized cutting off Bundy pipe, copper tube and aluminum tube. This machine adopts ac variable-frequency regulating speed technology and photoelectric coding length measurement technology, the whole machine is controlled by PLC.

Structure components:

1. Uncoiling machine:used to put in raw material, start with material plate;
2. Straightening component: used to straightening tubes;
3. Traction institutions: used to dragging pipes, straightening wheel is the driving wheel, together with the main pulling rollers to traction feeding material at the same time;
4. Encoder: used to testing length;
5. Bunker: used to storing the pipes which have been straightened already, can reverse material automatically;
6. Electric control system: control the whole machine with regular work( adopted imported controller and inverter);
7. Cutting component: to cutting off the tubes;
8. Auto cutting when meets joints (flaw detector is bought by the customer).
